My son is on Medicaid. He was assigned a Medicare Part D plan and his plan in Georgia does not cover one of his medications. What do we do?

Your son has the right to change his plan to any one of his choice (Medicaid recipients may change their Medicare Part D plans on a regular monthly basis). Based on the information that you provided, I have verified that his particular medication is covered under other Medicare Part D plans.
