Is it true that the 2007 WellCare Signature plan has a $0 deductible and a $0 generic drug co-pay?

Yes,  The WellCare 2007 Signature plan offers a $0 generic drug co-pay, a $0 deductible, and varying co-pays (per state) on brand name drugs. 

Also, the WellCare 2007 Complete Plan offers a $0 generic drug co-pay, a $0 deductible, varying co-pays (per state) on brand name drugs AND Coverage in the donut hole for generics ($10 co-pay).

WellCare's low cost 2007 Classic plan has a $2 co-pay for generics (instead of $0).
