Both the UnitedHealth Rx Basic and Extend cover every brand-name prescription drug or its generic version, covered by Medicare Part D.
In addition, the Entended plan also covers these "Bonus Drugs":

Payments for these Bonus Drugs – made by you or the plan – are treated differently from other drug payments. They don’t count toward your Initial Coverage Allowance on your TrOOP, and they don’t help you move into or out of the coverage gap.
