Because of initial delays, it is possible that your coverage information is not currently entered into the Medicare Part D systems. Alternatively, it is possible that your "extra help " status may not yet be in the Medicare / SSI system.
I would suggest contacting the local Social Security office or your State Assistance agency to be sure that your information is accurately entered in their computer system. Once this is correct, then you should contact either your insurance agent or the Medicare Part D Insurance Carrier directly to ensure that your information in their computer reflects your State Aid status.
