If you have inadvertently enrolled into the wrong plan, you still have one chance to change your mind during the intial enrollment period.
(Medicaid recipiants have more flexible guidelines and may move between plans a bit more freely).
Normally, you should simply reapply for the correct plan that wish to have and this plan will be effective starting on the first day of the next month. Your old or original plan will remain in effect until the new plan becomes effective.
